1. This is how you place an order
Choose the products you wish to buy from our broad range of articles. Click on the button "buy" to place the product in your shopping cart. now you with see the content of your shopping cart. Click the button "Continue shopping" to get back to the previous page.

2. Your shopping cart
In your shopping cart you can change the number of products and can remove articles from the shopping cart. To change the quantity click the button "quantity" in the according row and put in the desired quantity. Afterwards use the button "actualize shopping cart". To remove a product from the shopping cart - click the button "remove" and once again actualize the shopping cart.

3. Invoice and delivery address
By clicking the button "cash" you will end the shopping. If you are not already logged in you will be asked to open an account or to log-in, in case you already have a customer account. Furthermore you have the possibility to receive your consignment at a different address from your invoice address (f.e. at work). You can save up to 4 addresses and choose from them while placing your order.

4. Payment and vouchers
We generally accept various ways of payment. You can choose between pre payment, credit card and debit note. Please make sure that you are back on our website after paying with your credit card through PayPal and that you receive the notification that your order has been received by us.

If you have received a voucher from us you can put in the voucher code - or if you have a balance on your customer account put a check mark in the box "pass balance".

Now you will receive an overview of all your given information. After confirming the information and sending your order you will receive an email within the next 20 minutes wherein you will receive an overview of your ordered products and - according to the payment - the information for the payment transaction. If you should not receive a confirmation email, please contact our dispatch department over the contact form.
